Selling your residence

• ​You or your agent must go through the escrow change process in order to clear the sale by the HOA and transfer your membership to the buyer.

Add/remove a legal homeowner to your current ownership

• Use this process if you are not selling your home, but you need us to add/remove another legal owner (besides yourself) to the HOA profile. This is usually done when we don't receive all the ownership information from your prior management company.
