📧 Communicate with Members

As a Board Member, we have several tools that allow you to communicate with your owners:

1. 🗓️ Update Calendar:

   1. Board members can add events by:

      1. Going to the Calendar & Events tab on the portal

      2. Opening Community Calendar

      3. Double-clicking on any day to create an event

2. 📝 Update Documents:

   1. Board Members have full access to create folders, upload/rename/duplicate/delete files under the Documents tab on the portal. Keep your meeting minutes up to date!

3. 📧 Email / Mail the Membership

   1. Board Members can send us a request to send mass communication to the membership via the Requests tab.
