๐ Document Organization Best Practices
โ Use a clear folder structure - Keep it simple and intuitive for homeowners to navigate
โ Consistent naming conventions - Use dates in YYYY-MM-DD format for easy sorting
โ Remove outdated documents - Archive or delete old versions to avoid confusion (but keep historical meeting minutes!)
โ Check file sizes - Large files may take longer to upload; consider compressing very large PDFs
โ Regular maintenance - Review the document library quarterly to ensure everything is current
โ Protect sensitive information - Don't upload documents with personal homeowner information (SSNs, bank accounts, etc.)

Effective document management is an ongoing part of serving your community.
